GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

The Addressable ASD/Multipoint I/O Interface, when used with a compatible Multipoint or Mulitpoint ASD device and

programmed as an output, provides a single set of Form “C” dry relay contacts rated for switching 30V DC @ 0.5A. This

configuration can be used to control external appliances such as dampers, fans, door holders, etc. If the device is programmed

as an input module, provision is made for one monitored input connection (utilizing a 3k3Ω End Of Line (EOL) with a 680Ω firing

resistor) and can be used to monitor the dry contact outputs of external appliances such as flow switches, aspirating systems,

video image fire detection systems, etc.
